I was seriously impressed with the studio releasing this for free 10 years later to people who own the original. It includes a ton of bug fixes and various balance tweaks. There's something strangely addictive about the game, although it's mind bogglingly easy. I enjoyed slashing my way through hordes of ancient Egyptian baddies, but they all die in one hit. Loads of different class combinations which is really nice. The main quest is a framework around the hack and slash, so it's pretty basic. Overally enjoyable - but possibly something to do while watching TV. The setting is fantastic, but it's basically 20 hours of holding down left mouse button.
