The Unfinished Swan

I really enjoyed Edith Finch, so I had high hopes for this one. I think if you're looking for a simple happy walking simulator with some nice story, this is probably just fine; but don't expect the beautiful experience of Edith Finch. This is pretty much a walking simulator, and after the main mechanic gets old (and you get RSI from clicking so much), it wears thin pretty fast. I love the idea of revealing the world with the paint gun and that works really well; it's just not really enough to base the entire game around. My girlfriend literally fell asleep watching me play this, and even though I've almost finished the game I don't really want to invest another hour to finish it off.
