If you enjoyed Borderlands 1, and you enjoyed playing the same game again in Borderlands 2, then enjoyed playing it a third time in Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel, and you still really feel like playing Borderlands 1 for a fourth time, then Borderlands 3 is for you; nothing's changed. The graphics are slightly higher fidelity, loot is still completely random, characters are still fairly annoying. Solid 'meh'.
